The Association of Estonian Food Industry EE
The Association of Estonian Food Industry is a non-profit organisation that unites, based on voluntary membership, companies and branch organisations engaged in producing and processing foodstuffs. The role of the Association is to coordinate the information exchange between the Tallinn Technical University and enterprises. The other objectives of current project are: develop evaluation of foodstuffs, compile materials about the principles of sensory analysis, and compose criteria’s for the evaluation of food product quality.
