Transnational Network of Vocational Education and Training Centres (VETCs) for CEECs

QUAMANCEEC project developed a Transnational Network of Vocational Education and Training Centres (VETCs) for CEECs to assess the following issues:

Three VET Centers were created under the network:

VETCs are supported with information from Research and Development Centers.The development towards the best practice for Quality Management Systems is a work process in which the VETCs regular test the findings of the R&D groups. The R&D group were in the following steps:

  1. Discuss about the results of the analysis diagnosis and feasibility studies, studies on the introduction of a specific technology, analysis of the impacts of inter-organizational networks on industrial up-grading at the firm level, analysis of bottlenecks, and examination of the common bottlenecks at VETCs from partner countries.
  2. Presentation of suggestions and remarks in a Improvement Plan, discussion about actions for improve and application.
  3. Evaluation of the gained experience (R&D) in order to contribute to the development of a best practice.
  4. Presentation of the Best Practice of QMS in VETCs in workshops.
  5. Compilation of the experiences, evaluation and dissemination.
